I'm very happy with this video done at the Retro gas station with @jobybach! Excuse the small size, it is edited in 2.35×1 very wide screen ratio, not always the most suitable for social medias displayed on mobile phones, I know… But I really live the cinematic look of it, and it made the result of the clip feel more like a road movie. (#highres versions available at www.martinperreault.com) #magazine publication + interview with @jobybach: www.styleandcurve.com#FunFact: I decided to approach this shoot with a mix of new and old technologies combined. The camera I used is the top of the line 42 MP digital camera Sony A7RII, and the lenses were actually my old Olympus manual lenses from the 70s (see this photo https://goo.gl/5Y2bG5). My goal using those lenses were to add an "aged" feel to the shots, and then tend to introduce a softness to the photos when shot at such high definition. I'm quite satisfied with the results. Thanks Joby for approaching me to do this shoot and for your great work. Kudos to @catoumua for her fantastic makeup/hair work, as usual!
